The Management board of the Macedonian association of agricultural cooperatives on 24.07.2020 (Friday) in Hotel Gardenia, Veles held its first session which was attended by 8 out of 9 members of the Board. The session of the Management Board was chaired by the President of MAAC, Mr. Mende Ivanovski.
At the meeting, discussions were opened for several items on the Agenda and, among other things, decisions were made for admission of 1 new member in MAAC, decision for election of Presidents and their deputies on boards in MAAC, the conclusion for drafting a consolidated text of the Statute of MAZZ and the Rulebook for elections and recall of the bodies of MAAC as well as a decision for establishing a working group for preparation of the Rulebook for work of the Management board of MAAC. Also, the Management board of MAAC made a decision to announce call for selection of a project coordinator, assistant and person responsible for finances provided for hiring the Institutional grant of MAAC from Civica Mobilitas. Additionally, at the meeting itself, discussions were opened for fulfillment of the provisions of the Statute for membership and exclusion from membership in MAAC as well as discussion for an initiative for professional-business and interesting connection with other associations in the agricultural sector;
