The Macedonian Association of Agricultural Cooperatives on 18.02.2020 in the premises of hotel Gardenia, Veles, held the second session of the regular Annual Assembly as part of a two-day workshop organized to discuss, prepare and adopt strategic documents of the organization.
In that regard, the session discussed and adopted decisions of a new Statute of MAAC, amendment to the Rulebook on election and dismissal of members of the Management board, Supervisory board and President of MAAC, and also adopted a decision on the manner and the amount of membership fee payment in MAAC. The session of the Assembly was used to integrate a new member in MAAC, which increased the number of members in the organization to 43.
This Assembly was the most efficient in terms of introducing changes in the organization and decision making, and widely justified the decision to organize a two-day workshop because important strategic documents of the organization were prepared and adopted. Among other things the Assembly delegates determined the annual membership fee in the amount of 3500 Mkd, and also adopted the Annual Work Program of MAAC for 2020.
The first day of the workshop was organized with representatives of the Election Commission, Management and Supervisory board in an expanded composition of the new members of MAAC in order to get acquainted with the capacities of MAAC and find ways to participate in strengthening them.
